Risk Assessment

Risk emerges from the probability occurence of natural hazards and their consequencies. In order to quantify the risk, different statistics have been obtained such as the Expected Annual Maxima (EAD), Value at Risk 95% (VaR95) and Worst Scenario (WS). These metrics are calculated at each exposure and hazard level, and finally being added into the total Risk.
