In the last few years, Computer Graphics and Geometric Modeling have become two of the most important and challenging areas of Computer Science. This workshop solicits high-quality papers for presentation describing original research results in Computer Graphics and Geometric Modeling.
All accepted papers will be published as in the Springer-Verlag
Lecture Notes in Computer Science ( LNCS)
Series and will be available for the delegates at the time of
the conference. In addition, all accepted papers will be scheduled for
oral
presentation. Submission
implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register
and present the paper.
The workshop is part of
ICCS'08, the 2008 International
Conference on
Computational Science to be held in Krakow, Poland, June
23-25
2008. The previous editions of this
workshop, CGGM'2002
in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), CGGM'2003
in
Montreal (Canada), CGGM'2004
in
Krakow (Poland), CGGM'2005
in
Atlanta (USA), CGGM'2006
in Reading (UK) and CGGM'2007
in
Beijing (China) were also published by Springer-Verlag (volumes

respectively).
In addition, some selected papers of these workshops have been
published in Special Issues of the journals "Future Generation
Computer Systems"
(Elsevier Publ.) and "International
Journal on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management
Applications, IJCISIM" (in press). It is
expected that some selected papers of CGGM'2008 will also be published
in the Special Issue of some international academic journal.
The conference language will be English.
