1) Theoretical calculation of optical and magnetic properties in Transition Metal complexes.

2) Single–crystal synthesis and characterization of doped materials with transition metal complexes: Cu
2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Ti3+, Cr3+, Co2+... Crystal structure refinement through X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis by Fullprof.

3) Optical, magnetic and structural properties of insulating materials. Temperature (2-900 K).

4) Study of the local structure of Jahn-Teller complexes through EPR techniques and polarized optical spectroscopy.
