I am full professor at the University of Cantabria. (UC)

I am doing my research at the Instituto de Fisica de Cantabria in the Department of "Estructura de la Materia". 

My actual Research activity is concentrated on the CDF experiment at the Tevatron,on the ILC project, and on the CMS experiment at the LHC .

Before I was involved in the DELPHI experiment at LEP (CERN). 
I was also involved in the WA58, WA-71 and NA-17 collaborations at CERN

My teaching duties are currently: 

• Basics of Physics III ( 1st. Course Physical Sciences Studies)
• History of Science ( 3th. Course Physical Sciences Studies)
• Master Courses

My current management activities are the following:

• Former Head of the  "Grupo de Altas Energias"  of the "Instituto de Fisica de Cantabria"
• Member of the Executive Board of the  CDF  experiment at  FNAL,
• Member of the Executive Board of the  ILD  experiment at  ILC,
• Member of the   CLICdp  at  CLIC,
• Spanish Delegate in the " International Particle Physics Outreach Group " (IPPOG)
• Board member of the " Specialized Group of High Energy Physics " of the Spanish Royal Physical Society (RSEF)
• Coordinator of the " Spanish Network of the Future Colliders "
