and is completely performed online through the ICCSA'2013 Electronic Submission System
In order to access the ESS you are
kindly asked to register.
This step will facilitate the submission of contributions, because you
will no longer input your personal details when submitting an abstract.
During the registration process, you will be asked to specify (twice)
your password, chosen at will (unless it is already in use. If so,
please, choose a new password). Your
login will be
your e-mail address. The login
and password (that are confirmed
in a few minutes by an acknowledgement reply to the e-mail account you
provided) will prompt you into
the ESS, comprised of three major steps:
1: Abstract submission. At this step, the contact author inputs
the title, author(s), and other relevant information regarding the
contribution. Please, pay attention to
select TSCG'2013 workshop,
just before inputting the Abstract of your contribution.

2: Paper submission. The contact author submits a full paper in one of
the following formats: PDF (strongly
recommended) or PostScript.
3: Camera ready submission. After the reviewing process, if the paper has
been selected for publication, the contact author must submit
the revised Camera ready version of the paper along with the source
files (including your artwork, tables, etc.) and fill the Copyright
Transfer Form on the IEEE Computer Society Publishing System, using the
URL received in the Acceptance Notification letter.

The submitted paper must be
camera-ready, between 5 and 11
pages long and formatted
according to the rules of IEEE Computer
Society Press. The

paper will be reviewed by experts in the relevant field, ensuring the
acceptance only to top quality contributions.

In addition to regular (full) papers,
CASA'2013 offers prospective authors the possibility ot submit three
other kinds of papers (the submission procedure for these papers is
similar to that for full papers described above):
- Short papers: The
submitted paper must be between 4 to 5 pages long formatted
according to CPS rules. Short Papers will be presented during the
conference and will be published
- Ph.D. Showcase Papers:
Reporting ongoing research already achieving significant results and
primarily carried out by Ph.D. students and junior researchers. The
submitted paper must be between 5 to 8 pages long formatted
according to CPS rules. The Ph.D. Showcase Papers will be presented
during the conference and will be published by CPS.
- Posters: Reporting
preliminary results of ongoing research. The submitted paper must be
between 3 to 4 pages long
formatted according to CPS rules. The Poster Papers will be presented
as posters during the conference and will be published by CPS.
CPS provides to ICCSA authors free
access to PDF eXpress™, the online file conversion/PDF validation tool,
to assist authors in preparing suitable electronic files of their final
papers. PDF eXpress™ helps authors convert their papers into
Xplore-compatible PDF files (conversion function) or to check their own
PDF files for Xplore compatibility (PDF validation function).
Your final papers MUST be formatted to the Proceedings
Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (see link to "formatting instructions"
below). It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the
layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it to PDF eXpress™.
